Omaha, NE, October 11, 2020—A Eucharistic procession and rosary will be held on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 3:00 PM, at St. Margaret Mary Church, 6116 Dodge Street, beginning with the Divine Mercy Chaplet and processing through Memorial Park. Sponsored by Ablaze Ministries, Immaculate Conception Parish and St. Margaret Mary Parish, the procession is open to the public, and all are encouraged to attend. This event, part of the nationwide movement Unite Our Nation, is prayerful, non-political and family-friendly.

Designed to help bring peace and prayer to Omaha, and healing to our nation, it is being planned by local organizers. Clergy will lead the procession and everyone is invited to pray the patriotic rosary for all fifty states. “When we bring our Lord and our Blessed Mother out into the public square we create a powerful witness and acknowledge that only under the Kingship of Christ can a true and lasting peace under His reign be achieved,” said event organizer Christine Sun.

Father Michael Voithofer and Father John Rickert will be part of the event, to pray and offer encouragement. “This is a time of prayerful reflection and a time to give witness to others that even in difficult times, everyone can come together under the watchful eye of our Lord through the intercession the Blessed Mother and St. Joseph,” said Sun.

The route is approximately 1.5 miles long, with ample parking. For more information, please contact Christine Sun at 402.880.4620 or christinesun33@yahoo.com.
